L’Iniziativa è organizzata e gestita da FS SpA con l’obiettivo di individuare soggetti potenzialmente capaci di progettare una proposta tecnica innovativa volta alla realizzazione di un sistema previsionale basato su intelligenza artificiale in grado di proporre periodicamente una stima del fabbisogno di materiali per la manutenzione di veicoli ferroviari.
La Soluzione Tecnica Innovativa d’interesse deve essere in grado di proporre periodicamente il fabbisogno mensilizzato di materiali (in termini di codice materiale e quantità) per la manutenzione dei veicoli ferroviari per i successivi 18 mesi almeno, articolati per impianto, settore contabile, flotta. Per fare questo si baserà sull’analisi dei consumi di materiali (storicizzati sul sistema SAPRSMS), e in funzione del tempo e dei km percorsi e km previsti nel periodo di previsione dalla flotta stessa. Il sistema dovrà essere in grado, inoltre, di fornire adeguata reportistica su tutti i parametri in esame.
La bontà della soluzione tecnica sarà misurata in base allo scostamento dei dati previsionali rispetto al consumo effettivo. Essendo disponibili diversi anni di consumo storicizzati, è possibile sperimentare da subito il sistema sui dati del passato. Valore aggiunto della soluzione sarà la capacità di individuare e suggerire, sulla base dei dati di impiego e anagrafici dei materiali impiegati, possibili codici ridondanti o alternativi.
The Initiative is organized and managed by FS SpA with the aim of identifying subjects potentially capable of designing an innovative technical proposal aimed at creating a forecasting system based on artificial intelligence capable of periodically proposing an estimate of the need for maintenance materials of railway vehicles.
The Innovative Technical Solution of interest must be able to periodically propose the monthly requirement of materials (in terms of material code and quantity) for the maintenance of railway vehicles for at least the following 18 months, broken down by plant, accounting sector, fleet. To do this it will be based on the analysis of material consumption (historicized on the SAP-RSMS system), and as a function of the time and km traveled and km expected in the forecast period by the fleet itself. The system must also be able to provide adequate reporting on all the parameters under consideration.
The quality of the technical solution will be measured based on the deviation of the forecast data compared to actual consumption. Since several historicized years of consumption are available, it is possible to immediately experiment with the system on past data.
The added value of the solution will be the ability to identify and suggest, based on the use and master data of the materials used, possible redundant or alternative codes.
